What to Bring and What We Provide

We will provide you with any materials such as pens, paper and manuals needed to participate in our day programs. We also provide morning tea and lunch to participants and light refreshments such as tea, coffee, fruit juice and biscuits are available throughout the day.

If you are coming in for an assessment, please bring with you any reports that may help with it.
We encourage partners to attend our Military Service Trauma Recovery Program and Employment-Related Trauma Recovery Program assessments.

Please bring clothes and shoes suitable for exercise if you are participating in the Military Service Trauma Recovery Program, Employment-Related Trauma Recovery Program or Military Service Alcohol Treatment Program. You can use TPH’s showers and towels after the exercise component of your program.

If there is any reason, medically or otherwise, that you cannot participate in exercise, please discuss this with your course coordinator.
